Power Sector Skill Council (PSSC) has been promoted by Ministry of Power (MoP) through Central Electricity Authority (CEA),Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturers Association (IEEMA) with necessary support by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).

Retailers Sector

RASCI is a not-for-profit, independent public limited organisation established under Section 25 of the Companies Act. We have been funded by the Government of India along with Equity participation from Retailer’s Association of India, Reliance Retail Ltd., Future Retail India Ltd., Shoppers Stop Ltd., Globus Stores (P) Ltd., Trent Ltd., Infiniti Retail Ltd. and Connaught Plaza Restaurant (P) Ltd. to function as the Apex Skill Development Council for the Retail Industry.

Rubber Sector

Rubber Skill Development Council (RSDC), a Sector Skill Council for the rubber sector set up by All India Rubber Industries Association & Automotive Tyre Manufacturer’s Association in Collaboration with NSDC is focusing on skill development & training needs of the rubber sector.

Rubber industry in India is facing a dire need of skilled manpower due to the huge gap in the demand and availability of skilled resources.

Security Sector

The Emblem of the Security Sector Skill Development Council epitomized by a shield in Red, stands for courage and valour signifying security and protection. The Chevrons represents the lowest level in the industry processing to the upper echelons depicted by the stars. In this journey, their enhancement of knowledge is shown by the middle chevron styled in the form of a book. The gold bordering the shield symbolizes success in all the endeavours of the private security industry.

Green Job Sector

Skill Council for Green Jobs is one of the most recently launched initiatives of the Government of India aligned to the National Skill Development Mission. It is promoted by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). The creation of the SCGJ was approved in the 10th meeting of National Skill Qualifications Committee held on 28th September 2015.

Person With Disability Sector

A Dynamic and evolving organization with a National Vision and focus of skilling Persons with Disability, The Skill Council for Persons with Disability (SCPwD) was incepted in October 2015 to offer Persons with Disabilities meaningful, industry relevant, skill based training. The Organization was promoted by Confederation of Indian Industry under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
